Roger Ramos founded Elevate Remodels in Gaithersburg after 20 years working as a general contractor for a local construction company in Maryland. He spent two decades learning every side of residential construction, from estimating and permitting to managing crews and delivering finished projects on time and on budget. When he started Elevate Remodels, the goal was straightforward: build a company where homeowners are treated honestly, work is priced fairly, and the person who walks your home and gives you the estimate is the same person making sure the job is done right. Roger manages every project personally from the initial consultation through final completion. You are not handed off to a crew you have never met or a project manager who was not at your first meeting. That level of accountability is what Elevate Remodels is built on.
